Workshop on Quantum Computing
The Department of Computer Science and Engineering had organized one day workshop on “Quantum Computing “on 22/06/2023.The resource person for the workshop was Dr. Jayakumar Vaithiyashankar, IBM Certified Associate Developer-Quantum Computing, Assistant Professor, Presidency University.Quantum computing is a multidisciplinary field comprising aspects of computer science, physics, and mathematics that utilizes quantum mechanics to solve complex problems faster than on classical computers. Quantum computers solves mathematical problems and runs quantum models using the tenets of quantum theory. The entire workshop focused on important aspects of Quantum Computing.
