Department of Computer Science and Engineering in association with Industry Institute Interaction Cell of NHCE and IBM OpenPOWER,Center of Excellence organized webinar on “Architecture innovations in POWER ISA v3.01 and POWER10” on 03 Sep 2020 to third and fifth semester students. Mr.Satish Kumar Sadasivam, Senior Performance Architect, leading the workload characterization and future architecture design space exploration team in IBM is the resource person of the webinar. He presented on twokey concepts in POWER ISA V3.01 1) prefix instructions, and how this can help extend the POWER ISA in next generation 2) Matrix Multiply Assist architecture and its implementation in POWER10.
