Abhishek, from the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, secured an impressive victory in the Tech Debate held on 26th March 2026 at New Horizon College of Engineering, as part of Quantum X 2026.

Competing against 36 teams, he demonstrated remarkable confidence, technical knowledge, and analytical skills across three demanding rounds. The event challenged participants on organisational and software development concepts, the significance of two-factor authentication in modern security, and innovative solutions to pressing global, Earth-related issues. Abhishek’s exceptional clarity of thought, critical reasoning, and communication excellence earned him the top position, marking a proud moment for both the department and the institution.
