Special CSI event
Department of CSE, ISE and MCA in association with CSI organized a special event on 03.11.2020 at 02.00PM through online to introduce the managing committee of CSI 2020-21 along with a Web Talk on Soft Skills – A continuous improvement process by Mr.S.Nischal, Technical Solution Analyst, Cerner Healthcare Services for the benefit of 3 semester students of CSE, ISE and MCA. The speaker highlighted the points on improving softskills with various example.
Alumni Stories
The event “Alumni Stories” was conducted on 3rd November, 2020. It was a on-on-one interview session with alumni members sharing their success stories and experiences.We had two speakers at the event:

Department of Computer Science and Engineering in association with Industry Institute Interaction Cell (Dept. of HRD) organized a webinar on “WWW.BIGDATA.REQ” under VERTICA Centre of Excellence for 5th semester CSE students. Mr. Lokesh Sharma, Sales Director, Vertica – India and SAARC was the resource person and he addressed what is big data, where is it used, whom is it for and why is it required (Career Perspective).
VERTICA-The Unified Analytics Warehouse
Department of Computer Science and Engineering in association with Industry Institute Interaction Cell (Dept. of HRD) organized a Technical talk on “VERTICA-The Unified Analytics Warehouse” under VERTICA Centre of Excellence for 5th semester CSE students. Mr.Ravi Gupta, Solution Architect, Micro focus was the resource person and he addressed the features of Vertica which makes it as an analytical warehouse.
“The Insights” – A platform to present all your startup ideas
The Entrepreneurship cell of the department of Computer Science and Engineering organized online webinar on Entrepreneurship titled “The Insights” on December 2nd, 2020from 12:00 noon to 1:00 P.M. The main aim of the event was to promote the spirit of entrepreneurship among students of 3rd and 5th semester.
Mini Project Competition 2020
Department of CSE has organized a Mini Project Competition for 3rd, 5th& 7th semester students on 5th December, 2020. This was aimed at bringing awareness to the importance of Project development, coding,presentation and employability skills among students. Jury panel consisted of Mr. Kamal R, Software Architect, TCS and Mr.VinodUnnikrishnan, Product Owner, Dell Services. Winners are as below:

Tri-Tech-Cup
The ACE Tech Club, Department Of Computer Science and Engineering organized the event “Tri-Tech-Cup” on 6/4/2021. It had 3 rounds
Round one was about “General Tech Quiz” ranging from code, personalities, logos and much more. Round two was about Code Debugging, predict the Output, fill the missing code. Round three was Quiz based on advanced and emerging technologies. All the rounds were conducted online on Quizizz platform.
